Beans & The Daily Dozen

Beans

BEANS – Are you KIDDING?!

25 grams of beans per day minimizes your risk of STROKE. Nearly 130,000 Americans die via stroke every single year. Stroke is the LEADING cause of adult disability in Canada 1/2 cup of beans is actually 125 g, so it is VERY easy to hit the 25 g target!

Beans also contain natural compounds called PHYTATES. These “phytates” are insanely powerful at destroying CANCER cells.

How?

By boosting natural killer cell activity, which find & kill cancer cells, starving tumors of their blood supply, & forcing cancer cells to revert back to NORMAL cells, after slowing down & stopping their growth.

“BUT DEJAN, BEANS GIVE ME GAS!!!”

A study testing this showed that most people’s gas goes away after 2-3 weeks.
